Dear Bhaaratiya Pathologists residing in North America:
I am overwhelmed as I step in as President of AIPNA for the third time. AIPNA has grown and established itself well in the 30+ years of its existence. We have companion meetings at USCAP now, along with similar meetings at CAP, IAP, and ASC. Our interaction with pathologists in India has grown substantially. At the same time, we have changed our focus from India to supporting pathologists-in-training in the US and Canada. Our mentor and mentee program, Abstract and Observership awards address the needs of young-in-practice and trainee pathologists.
